We know sending an inquiry is a big step, so we want to tell you exactly what we do with your information and where we go from here. 

 

Once we've received your inquiry, we'll confirm if we're available for your wedding weekend and reach out via email to schedule a "Vibe Check." We'll do our best to get this to you quickly but you may have to give us a weekday or two. The Vibe Check is a Zoom call where we can get to know each other, talk through what's important to you, and answer any questions you have. The details you fill out below and anything we talk about during your Vibe Check stays in our permanent notes for your wedding so nothing gets missed.

 

To provide our couples with the attention they deserve, we limit our total number of bookings and we only book one wedding per weekend. Megan and Arley will always be your primary contacts and we'll both be there for your wedding day. Our approach prioritizes meaningful connections with the couples we can serve best over filling our calendar. This means we keep a lot of weekends open and if we're going to be a great fit, we'd love to offer you one of them.
